History

Since we opened our doors in 1933 as an accounting partnership in Fort Worth, Texas, Sproles Woodard has been providing innovative thinking and world-class service to our clients. Through offices in Fort Worth and Midland, Texas, and Artesia, New Mexico, the practice serves more than 1,700 commercial and individual clients whose operations stretch from Texas to overseas. Our specialty practice areas include Taxation and Financial Planning, Audit and Assurance Services, and Management Consulting.

Our clients range from families and businesses that have third- and fourth-generation leadership to emerging companies and industry leaders in banking, health services, technology, retailing, agriculture, manufacturing, food service and trade associations. We offer accounting and consultation services to privately held firms, nonprofit organizations, individuals and family-owned groups.
