R. Pat Evans, CPA, CISA 

Managing Partner of the Firm and Partner-in-Charge of the Fort Worth Office



Pat entered public accounting in 1974 and joined our firm in 1982. He is responsible for the management of the firm, the Director of Management Advisory Services and is Partner-In-Charge of the Fort Worth office. Pat's industry experience includes audit and consulting in the areas of higher education and other not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions, retail, technology, wholesale distribution, and oil and gas companies, among others.

He has authored practice aids titled "Industry Consulting: Voluntary Health and Welfare Organizations" and "Microcomputer Security" for the AICPA. He earned a BA and an MBA from Baylor University.

Pat is an active member and past president of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth. He serves on numerous area civic boards including Harris Methodist Health System, Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital, Davey O’Brien Foundation, and First  Methodist Church Foundation. He is also a member of the advisory board of Texas Wesleyan University's School of Business. He has served on boards and committees of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.

He is an avid golfer and enjoys travel and painting.

Robert W. (Bob) Duke, CPA, CFP

Bob is the senior tax partner in the Fort Worth office and is Director of Taxation for the firm.



He entered public accounting in 1974 and joined our firm in 1983. He holds a BS degree from Abilene Christian University and an MPA in taxation from the University of Texas at Austin. His expertise in the field of taxation covers private foundations and other not-for-profit organizations, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates, tax planning for business acquisitions and dispositions as well as succession planning. Bob has also served as an expert witness in cases involving tax litigation.

Bob is a member of the AICPA, the TSCPA, and The Financial Planning Association. He has served on the board of the Funding Information Center as Treasurer and as a member of its Executive Committee and has been Chairman of the Board of the RHCC Foundation. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth.

He enjoys golf, travel and reading.
