Justyce Hill is a Staff Accountant in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP in the Fort Worth office. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas.

Robert W. (Bob) Duke – CPA. CFP®
Bob Duke is a Partner in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP in the Fort Worth office. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Bob graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics. He also earned a Masters of Public Administration (Taxation) from the University of Texas.
Prior to joining Sproles Woodard LLP in 1983, Bob worked for ten years in public accounting with a national firm.
During his years with Sproles Woodard LLP, his expertise and tenacity have benefited the firm’s clients in federal and state tax planning, transaction analysis, and taxation of estates, trusts, corporations, S corporations, partnerships, public charities, private foundations, private clubs, trade associations, entities and individuals engaged in oil and gas activities, manufacturing, and real estate. He is experienced in tax planning for business acquisitions and dispositions, as well as succession planning, and has provided professional services and expert testimony in tax litigation cases.
Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Planning Association, Fort Worth Wildcatters Association, Petroleum Club, and Rotary Club.
Active in his community, Bob is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Matthew 28 Foundation. He is also a Member and Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Abilene Christian University College of Business. He serves on the Advisory Board for Texland Petroleum and is on the Funding Information Center Board of Directors.
Bob is married to Teri Duke. They enjoy spending time with their son, Graham, and daughter-in-law, Lindsey, and their five granddaughters.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing golf, skiing, and reading.
