Thomas (Tommy) R. Stringer, CPA

Partner-In-Charge of the West Texas Region and of the Midland office

Tommy serves clients in the areas of audit and taxation. He began his public accounting experience in 1974. His expertise includes audits of manufacturing, tax-exempt organizations, oil and gas producers, hospitals, local governments, independent school districts, and college student loan and work programs.

Tommy earned a BBA from Texas Tech University and is a member of the TSCPA and the AICPA.

He is a member of the Auditing and Attestation Committee for the TSCPA. He is an active participant in volunteer services as Adult Sunday School Teacher, Director of Permian Basin Chapter of TSCPA, and Continuing Education Committee of the chapter.

Tommy’s hobbies include golf, basketball and snow skiing. TOP

Joe B. Rogers, CPA

Joe is a partner in the Midland office and serves as the Director of Auditing and Accounting for the firm. He serves clients in the areas of audit and taxation. He is a member of the firm’s technology committee. He entered  public accounting in 1982.  His experience includes specialization focused on oil and gas exploration and production companies, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit organizations and manufacturing.

He holds a BBA from Midwestern State University and is a member of the TSCPA and the AICPA. Joe is also a member of the Midland Business and Estate Council.

Pete R. Hulder, CPA

A tax partner in the Midland office, Pete entered public accounting in 1985. His tax experience includes individual, trust and estate, corporate and partnership taxation. He also has an extensive background in all areas of oil and gas taxation and oil and gas revenue accounting.

Pete has a BBA from Eastern New Mexico University.

His hobbies include golf, music and governmental affairs. TOP
