History

Sproles Woodard is more than 85 years “old,” but we are anything but old-fashioned. Founded by Lyle Sproles and Charlie Woodard in 1933, the firm has offices in Fort Worth and Midland, Texas.

More than just preparing your taxes or financial reporting; we treat your business as our own. We strive to serve all of your business needs including consultation services, tax advisory, estate and transitional planning, and transactional analysis.

That’s why many of our clients are third and fourth generation, including one client that has been with the firm since we first opened our doors, more than 80 years ago.
